A 7-day return window is available for items that meet the requirements for return. Kindly contact us via any of our contact channels.

You can make a claim through our return channel.

An agent will contact you within 24 hours to ascertain whether your return is eligible or not.

If your return is eligible, you are expected to place the item in its original packaging material, inclusive of tags, labels, accessories, and freebies. If you create a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed. Otherwise, your return will be invalid.

If your return is a doorstep delivery, an agent will pick it up. If your return was a pickup, you will be requested to drop it off.
